Principal Consultant
Rose Wakiria is the Principal Consultant and Trainer at Nextmove Consulting Limited. She has over 20 years experience in financial services working with leading companies in the Insurance and Retirement Benefits industry in Kenya. Rose is also the Director of Retirement Solutions Insurance Agency, an Insurance intermediary focusing exclusively on retirement planning products.
Her time in financial services led her to a passion for supporting clients in areas of retirement and personal financial planning. Rose’s vast experience provides her with the skills to understand and articulate clients’ financial and lifestyle challenges with great clarity. She has an exceptional ability to explain often-technical concepts in client-friendly language.
Rose offers training and consultancy services, working with individuals, families, employers and trustees of retirement benefits schemes to equip individuals with money management skills as well as help them prepare for retirement.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Nairobi and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Strathmore University Business School. She is a certified Retirement Benefits Trustee, an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Kenya and a holder of Kingdom Advisors Certificate of Completion.
